Interval pace from AttackPoint website vs EN Calculator
Hello everyone. I just did a 5k race today to use as a run test. I put my times into both AttackPoint vdot calculator, and the EN calculator. I noticed that for Z1 through Z4 the paces from both match. However, for Z5 the EN paces are slower than the AttackPoint paces. Just wondering if this was intentional, and what the rationale was. Thanks!

The EN Z5 pace is (if I remember correctly), is your 5 km TT pace.
I think the reason is to do with fatigue (s/b/r vs just r) and that impact on recovery.
