SUTHERLAND OS MICRO
I am skipping week 7 after noticing that I loaded the OS to end a week later than recommend on my TSR. Moving to week 8. Today (sunday) I just ran 90 min, 11.55miles. I feel fine, legs are strong, but I assume it would be best to move my tests to l later in the week. I plan to do core M, off Tue, Bike test Wed with short run, core Th, and run test Friday. Kosher?
