djd's Micro - Sunday long run

Hi folks

Just wrapping NOS week 8 and had to swap a lot around.
Only thing left is the Sunday long run which I've been looking forward to trying in the new zones.
Driving home today though for Christmas about 10hrs in the car so it's not happening.

Thinking about swapping Monday rest day with Sunday Run but this will compress a lot into the Chriatmas week.
Or should I just call week 8 a success with 2 good tests and start fresh in Week 9?

  • David, just start fresh. No need to push the limits...the pain and work still await you upon your re-entry!!! Week 8 is a huge milestone and the rest is practically MANDATORY at this point. Safe Travels!
  • Thanks P - That's the plan I went with - got a jump start on the week w/ Tuesday's bike this morning, so plenty of work to be done ahead!
