Vacation shuffle question

I wanted your suggestion on how to reshuffle my workouts. Tomorrow (Monday) through 12/25 I will not be able to ride. From 12/26-12/29 I can take a spin class. No workout on 12/30 for travel. What should I switch up for my workouts? I can still use my two legs and run image. Kalletta

  • I'd suggest you do the FTP run from Wednesday before 12/25, with a short steady run on the other days. Then Get in a spin class on 12/26 or 12/27 (if you can do both, great but no pressure). Then get your "long" run in for the week on 12/29 before the OFF / Travel day home!
