@Bill Eckert - Thank you so much for summarizing the OutSeason® and congratulations to you on putting together such a successful winter campaign. I remember how dark things were when you started acting up, but it's great to see how quickly you were able to get back onto a consistent level of training.
Especially in light of what you were able to do on the bike. Combination of quality intervals and the Friday tempo is no joke. Who could argue with 267 W? Certainly not anyone with less than 267 since they won't be able to hang with you.
I'm glad that you rested last week and I agree, repeat for this week is totally fine. Go ahead and try and find that baseline level of activity to keep you consistent but there should be no push to get up early or make any magic happen. Save it for the next block of the bike focus plan.
I am hopeful that you'll be getting outside a bit in the warmer weather, so enjoy that and just make sure you are tracking all the data!!!
