Niels needs a reset

Coach, I am going to bail out of Nov OS I have had problems breathing the last few weeks, I am going to start over with the January OS, do you want to reset my training plan?

    Ok, that's fine. Just circle back to me with a TSR request when you have your '15 race calendar 90-95% dialed in and I'll redo the plan for you.
