    The first video stops at 9 sec and I cannot make it go from there.  The second video works fine.

  • Nice analysis coach. If it were only that easy to just not bounce but instead drive forward. Mentally I work on that when I run and notice improvement in speed but the fitness just doesn't allow me to hold pace. Rindi makes it look effortless.

    I got it to work, I think it was just a internet connection issue. Thank you for the great analysis, I have never been much of a runner and I want to work on that.

    So how do I work on the foot strike? Is it a matter of cadence or are there some specific drills that I can do?

    To sum up your suggestions, I need to practice skipping and hill runs to practice driving my forward leg further; look down at the ground and try to extend my back leg. Is that correct?

    Try cadence first, counting 22+ left foot strikes in 15 second intervals.
    Skipping is great, and hill runs, to emphasize that hip drive: hammy relaxed but pushing that knee forward and up.
    Re extending your back leg, don't sweat that right now. Take a week do focus on the above and report back!
