M dot no swimming for two weeks

Just got my M dot so no swimming, what should I sub for swimming?

  • Definitely don't swim until the tat heals! If you are in the OS you don't need to do any swimming anyway, but if you must do something, substitute some cord training like 3 x per week at 20 mins a session.
  • NO SWIM! Don't mess that Tat up...that's the only thing worse than the pain of getting one. image

    I see you are in the GetFaster plan, so I would drop the swims for now and feel free to replace with either an steady run or bike (both in Z2). You should be back swimming in 10-14 days no issues. And you have the full HIM plan to do as well, so there's plenty of time to really swim!
