OSwk1: bike test

I Felt like today was successful with a solid bike test. I did the HR test.  Financially I can't get into a power meter just yet.

Plugged my results into the EN Calculator - have the HR zones for the bike.  Ready to go.

Also, completed the first round of OS core exercises...very nice.  Very sore...after 20 minutes. Gees.

If you have time to check my zones let me know.

40min; 10.79 miles; avg HR 157; max HR 171; avg rpm 99

  • Al, that's great work! Remember to track your average speed and cadence during your intervals, so you can ensure that you're doing a similar workload because your heart rate will vary depending on your fatigue from the day before as well as from week to week.
