I will be traveling for work and some fun Jan 10-19, should be able to do the runs scheduled, but will have limited bike time.  When I can bike, what bike workouts should I focus on?  Thanks!

  • I would keep it simple, call it 2 x 10 minutes or the equivalent. I'm assuming that if you're on a gym bike he won't be able to get much more than 40 minutes before going insane. From running perspective, we just want you to be consistent. No real flash just super consistent. And have fun!
