NOS injury adjustment

Injured my calf about a week ago. I tried to run this weekend but had to stop early.
I was planning of focusing on the bike for a week and maybe some swimming. Any other suggestions or modifications? Should I
just shut it down?

  • Yes to shut in the rundown, although you're free to do some walking. Self-care for your calf is pretty straightforward. There are some phenomenal resources here: www.athletestreatingathletes.com you should be foam rolling, doing some trigger point, and making sure that your hamstrings are loose as well.

    I wouldn't recommend trying it easy run until early next week.
