Eric's Week 11 Thread

Holiday season is done, the cookies are almost gone.  Outseason plan week 11 is in full swing and I ran out of gas on my brick run last night. image.

Now for fuel in the outseason it was a good reminder that every calorie counts for me.  Being very weight conscious, I am neutral over the whole season with a noticeable increase in muscle mass and strength. Love to do another plank?

Now the key for me is next 4 weeks heavy travel maintain my bike form and weight.
