Saturday out....what to do
I won't be able to do the Saturday of this week....how should I shuffle my workouts? I also teach spin on Tuesday and Thursday so can you also take that into account? Thanks!

I suggest you plan on a regular OS week as in Tues/Wed/Thurs as Bike / Run / Bike (in your case the bikes are in Spin Class vs on your trainer)...only:
+ Thursday has no brick run, just ride.
+ Friday is your Saturday ride and run on your trainer.
+ Saturday is OFF.
+ Sunday is as planned!
