  • @Todd, yes you can hit the lap button at the beginning and end of the lap or program the the workout into your Garmin before the workout and just follow along. I upload the workout to Garmin Connect and then into Training Peaks and it gives me the IF for the laps. Strava might do that as well.
  • Hi Todd.  I use WKO software to analyze my cycling data.  There are two ways I determine IF from my intervals.  During the actual ride I hit the lap button whenever I start/stop an interval.  When the data gets uploaded to WKO it will tell me the IF for that lap as long as it is 5+ minutes.  The other way to get the data from WKO is to use the graph feature and select the portion of the ride you are reviewing.  Again, as long as the selection is 5 or more minutes.  Hope that helps.
