Weekend ride
I was sick on Tuesday and had to move the week back a day so today did not get to recharge for weekend. Should I just keep plugging away this weekend or cut tomorrow back a little? Legs are pretty toasted after today's intervals and then recovery brick run. I think I can push through but no way I can prob keep the power numbers for the whole workout. Sorry new to endurance nation and the world of self coaching. Thanks

So, if you have 2 x 15', then we'd say go 3 x 10 or 6 x 5 to get the time in.
If intensity of that prescribed level is an issue, then we say dial it back. So instead of 95% to 100%, try for 90%...or 85%, etc.
If all intensity is off the table, then we'd say just ride for time in Zone 2, etc.
Hope that helps!

I do have another question though. My work week very busy on both Wednesday and Thursday it is not uncommon to have one of the nights unable to get a workout in. How damaging is it to take one of those two days as a rest day then pick up and do a workout on Friday? If it is going to be horribly damaging I can try and get a late night brick on Thursday.
Thanks again
