Half Ironman questions by Eddie
A couple of general questions:
- is it ok to move workouts around during the week to accommodate my schedule? I travel often for work and might not be able to bike on the days that the schedule suggest.
- what are you thoughts about miss workouts? should i skip them and move on to the next? or should i try to make it up?

Eddie.....I usually don't jump into to macro threads, as they're for you and the coach, but if you haven't seen this, maybe it'll help until Coach R can answer your question.
