Racing this week

Hi Coach, I am going to do a SuperBowl 4 miler this sunday.. training plan calls for an 80 minute run with Z4/ Z3 type of activity.. Any problem substituting a hard 4 miles? Should I change up anything else in this weeks plan? thanks.

  • M - that's perfect! If you warm up like 30' easy and cool down a bit you can have some Super Bowl munchies cuz you got pretty close to the full workout!!! image
