Im in week 5 of OS
traveling thru Fri so all I will have access to is hotel treadmills.
what can I do to sub in for riding?

  • Chris - nothing. Let's plan on Sat ride as usual and a Sunday Steady ride of up to 90' to "catch up" the bike. During the week we are just looking for steady runs of around 40 to 45 minutes...bonus if you can forget in the FTP work on at least one day!

    Ps - remember to set the treadmill to 2%!
