Running Form Course/Workshop

Hi all, have decided to work on some running form ready for the season. Have a few options so would recommend any advice, or feedback on what others have done. I am looking at either of two in-person live courses/workshops being run locally soon or Bobby McGee's Run Transformation course (online). Local courses are:

1.  Pose Method Running Workshop with a certified coach (Master Trainer Wieland Heiser)

2. Healthy running 2 day clinic covering: Anthropometric approach to running, Human gait bio-mechanics, Stability - Mobility - Strength (outside), Effects of running surface on gait (classroom), Introduction to running form - movement pattern training (outside), Range of motion evaluation and treatment (gym or outside), Strength exercises for runners (gym / outside), Gait analysis (outside + classroom), Running injury evaluation and treatment (classroom), Nutrition for performance (classroom), Run form review and practice (outside), Form clinic Q&A (classroom), Aerobic development (classroom)

Appreciate any thoughts/feedback.

Cheers

  • @Kevin: Have you decided what you are going to do? No advice from me but I too am interested in getting a running gait analysis as I am trying to slowly convert from a "glider" to a "gazelle" form of running. Please let us know what you decide and how it goes. Thanks.
