Volume Build for TOC Camp?
I'm in JOS and will wrap that up 4/6 after which I'll do two weeks of Swim Camp and move into the Get Faster plan. TOC will be in week 4 of the get faster plan.
Should I adjust/adapt anything in the GF Plan, Swim Camp, or even the OS to be prepared for 5ish hours a day in the saddle for a week straight?

If you're able to get outside on the bike in April, would be good to bump those Saturday rides up to 3-3.5hrs. Other than that, I think you'll find you have more endurance than you think you have, as long as you pace yourself correctly each day. Just let everyone else smoke you on the KOMs and Sprints and you'll be fine...
