A Race Date Change
Ok, like an idiot I go out of town for a few days and miss the sign-up for IM Louisville. My fall back plan is the Rev3 (Challenge Americas) September 12 & 13, 2015 which is a month sooner than the IM. First question is if you have any better ideas for my A race and the second is how should I adjust my training schedule if you don't have a miracle solution in your back pocket. Thanks for your help!

If the timing of the race works for you, then go for it. I'm not sure if IMMD is still open, that's 10/3 or 4, I believe. When you sort out what you're doing, resubmit your TSR and I'll redo the plan for you.
Thanks for the TSR update, but I was surprised to see that you dropped the two six hour rides in the final weeks before the IM.

Sorry, not sure what rides/weeks you're referring to? We have a camp weekend/RR scheduled in wk15 and a final RR in wk18. Week's 16 and 17 are 4.5hrs and 3-3.5hrs on Saturday and Sunday, I believe.
The RR's/Camp Week will be indicated in wks 15 and 18 of your actual training plan. I back that up by also indicating in your TSR, so you have several weeks heads up to fit those into your schedule, etc. Looks like I just forgot to include that in your second TSR, sorry for the typo
