How are the push ups and other core doing?
I have access to an 'In Body' machine which tracks your body comp. I get a report monthly. While I haven't lost weight over the last 6 weeks - I have increased my lean muscle mass. Body fat has gone down...I still want to lose the weight....but happy to see the body comp numbers looking better.

I'm back on track down 2 lbs this week to 237, making it 12 for the OS. I'm still hitting the gym 4X/week with my brother, but need to get in the core exercises done in addition to this. I finally have secured some stretch cords for home so this should help getting this done.
