reflective tape

I see in the race rules that we need to have reflective tape on our run gear.  Any suggestions on what to do?  I plan to run in my EN top, what should I have to attach to it?  does it go in the special needs bag?

    When I did IM Florida a couple weeks ago they handed out glow sticks to wear. Many of the athletes wore them as a necklace. Good luck!

     you can stick a couple of pieces on your back, they sell them at the expo.  It is an entirely unenforced rule.  I think that assuming that you will not need it is a great way to tempt fate and up still out there in the dark.  It is pretty cheap.  I figure to just get some rather than having any other silly things to worry about on race day.

     I actually have a couple of the extra pieces on the seat stays on my bike to act as reflectors on the bike for those times when I start early or push it getting home in daylight.
