My run for tomorrow is:

MS: 2 x 1 mile (4'), 2 x 1/2 mile @ z4/TP; Remainder of time @ z2/MP

What is the recovery time for the half mile repeats?  Thx.

    Thanks for getting back to me. It's week 15 of 24 Intermediate [Balanced], 24 Weeks plan.  I figured the recovery should be 2' since the mile repeat recovery was 4'.

    My training plan calls for a 12 mile run this Saturday followed by run/bike sessions Sunday. I'm working Sunday and won't have time for both unless I do them back-to-back. What do you think about me doing the run Saturday morning followed by the 'Sunday' bike Saturday evening?

  • One off changes are generally ok. If it becomes a weekly change, then it's worth checking in!
