Get Faster or Bike Focus
Rich, I am trying to get my IM bike performance closer to my HIM performance. I am currently in the final week of the swim camp and will be picking up the LTIMI program where I will run 5 - 6 times per week. I have already completed the 28 day challenge. Will the GF plan provide more for my bike than the Bike Focus plan?

I'd say you're doing two opposed things, ie, transitioning to a running plan (not sure what the LTIMI even is) while also wanting to improve your bike? I can tell you it's going to tough to improve your bike wile running 5-6x/wk?
Sorry, I think I'm confused about what plan you're actually supposed to be in.
