i'm to load up get faster plan from today and end on 4/5. and it says i'm on week 2. can you look into it. i should be on week 1, regards Aidan

  • Hey Aiden, I just started the Get Faster plan as well, but mine ends on 3/29 (then going to HIM plan). That means that I'm already on Week 3! The end date is the important date, we don't always start on week 1 of each plan.

    If you're following your TSR and loading the plan in accordingly you are good to go.
  • Thanks Robin, i wasn't sure , so i just jump in and start on week two ? I see you are from Indiana, i have visited there a few time's, im from Ireland but have relation's living in Greenwood Indian a. Beautiful part of the world. A

    Yes, that correct:

    1. Wk1 is a testing week but since you tested at the end of the OS, there's no need for you to test again.
    2. Wk8 is a testing week. I have you doing that so you can test again, capturing your gains from the GF plan, and have accurate zones when you start your next training plan.
