Wow! I feel like I've finally found a training plan that feels right. I hit all but one workout ( Saturday's low priority run), hit all my zones, and wasn't stressed out doing too much. I have a long training year ahead, but I feel a big weight off my shoulders in terms of stacking training plans. Focusing on a week at a time, a workout at a time is the way to go. So far so good!image
