Trainer road iOS app no controlling Kickr power

Got my new Kickr all set up. Trainer Road app detected device and I can get power readings. But the app doesn't seem to be controlling the kickr's power. App does not have an option in devices to set Kickr to ERG mode. Anybody have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    When you load the workout, there isn't an option in the lower left corner to set the mode to ERG mode? I'm using the PC version of TrainerRoad. Not sure if its the same on an iPad.
