Sullivan HIM Int ?

Presently in wk 17 of HIM Int plan....looking forward @ wk 18 it shows Tues as long FTP bike & 2x1 mi TP run ....I don't recall ever seeing those both on same day.....while wed has swim only....maybe a typo?
