I got your TSR and appreciate your putting that together. I loaded up the Preseason plan and realized I need to take a good step back as I'm getting off the couch and getting back to training. I'm going to move the Preseason plan out to end on 5/10 and spend the next 8 weeks just building up to some level of SBR that gets me to the "starting" line of the PreSeason training plan.
Also, instead of shooting for Redman Aquabike as my "A" race, I'm going to go for an Oly on 10/4. So, I dropped everything you had in my TSR down 8 weeks and took out the HIM Beginner stuff for Redman. That moves everything down to within 5 weeks of my Oly, ending with Swim Camp. What do you want me to do for the 5 weeks going into my race? I definitely want to stay in OS for the summer. Do you want to change any of this around?
Also, here is what I'm doing for my 8 week Couch-to-training plan. Basically following what is on the days for the preseason schedule but building up to the workouts.
Run - Wed, Saturday (before bike), and Sunday. Following the Run re-entry plan with walk/jog intervals.
Bike - Tues, Thurs, Saturday - indoor - learn power on new Kickr trainer with Trainer Road. Ride Saturday outside.
Swim - Monday, Friday.

How about circling back to me in early May, after your Couch/Pre-Season blocks, we can revisit you TSR / I can plan it out more formally for you. I think that after 3-4wks of your Couch block you're going to feel ready to do the PS...and then 2-3wks into that you'll feel ready to start the OS. IOW, I don't think you'll need a full 12wk workup before you start the OS.
