Tire Pressure -- no effect on speed / power?

I just read this article that was linked by TriSports.com --

Very, very interesting....especially the comments.  I can tell you that I, for one, will be lowering the pressure in my tires next time I ride outside.  Will I be able to tell a difference in speed vs. power?  Nope.  But I want to see how the ride will "feel".

    Yep, this eye opening perspective on wheel's going wider and PSI's going lower will affect my decisions when it's time to purchase a new set of wheels.

    But, in the meantime, I'm still on my 23mm wide Zipps & Eastons & PlanetXs.

    What I haven't found to be clear is whether or not I should start lowering my PSI's even though I'm still riding 23mm wheels.

    Any thoughts on that?
