A combination of business issues and frankly a lack of discipline has wrecked training so far this year. I have shifted my HIM plans to only include Augusta this year rather than 2 HIMs, but I added a 200km team race in mid March which will have me running 3 approx 6-7 mile legs within 18 hours.
My question is whether to reset Outseason (again) or just adjust the plan to short course and drop the HIM plan I am supposed to be on. I did not get the swim camp weeks in and am not in good enough shape to finish the 2500+ meter workouts in the HIM plan.
