The mental aspect of it all
You guys seem to cover all the bases but one thing I haven't seen in the forums or in wiki, is the mental game of training and racing. I'm talking about the sport psychology of triathlon. Things such as mental race rehearsal, cognitive restructuring of the inner critic and irrational thoughts that impede performance, how to quelle the nerves before a race, how to mentally come back after a horrible training week or poor race simulation result, etc. Have you considered a forum entitled Sports Psychology of IM and HIM? Something more fun by be Mindgames or The Psyche.
