Training with heart rate and zones

When training with heart and zones.....if it is zone 2, is the zone training to 2-2.9?? 3-3.9??  ect.....

  • Gary, great questions! Per the HR calculator tab, when you save them it gives you actual ranges, like this:

    Run Zones
    Z1/LRP: 107 - 129
    Z2/MP: 129 - 147
    Z3/HMP: 147 - 153
    Z4/TP: 153 - 163
    Z5/IP: 165 - 168

    Just go to Training / EN Calculators / Enter your run test info and save the HR stuff to your profile.
