I missed this OS training week due to a major sinus infection. I missed bike and run tests. Should I do them next week?

Jean, you can re-test after being "back and healthy and working out" for roughly 5 days. Your body will need to get used to managing You + Your Workouts again before you can be confident in the test! Good luck!
