Where to swim in Pittsburgh?

Hopefully this is the right place for this sort of question, but I will be in Pittsburgh, PA 3/7-8 for my nieces wedding. I need to get some of my workouts in over the weekend so I thought swimming and running would be the easiest. Anyone know of a pool I can go to for a couple swims near the airport?

Also, if you're in the area, what are the roads like for running? Lots of snow on the ground?

I typically use the US masters swimming website http://www.usms.org/placswim/ to find a pool every time I travel. You can do dropin's at most pools. I would also look up the local city's aquatic center for lap swimming.

I've been out of PGH for a few years, but the Pittsburgh Triathlon Club is very active on Facebook, and members are very willing to help. It is too cold for the open water swim in the river. There is a tri-focused Master's group at Pitt, but that is a hike from the airport.
