2015 JOS Week 10 Core/Weight Thread

Well the scale might not show it....but clothes do.  It was a beautiful weekend in the PNW so put of a bike jersey and went outside.  The jersey felt GREAT - no longer as tight as it has been in the past.  So...while the scale remains the same..the body is changing.

Hang in there if the scale doesn't always show what you want....stay positive.

  • Great job Ann. It's about body composition too... Not just weight.
  • I fell off the wagon last week - went on Spring Break vacation with family and through calorie counting to the wind. Fortunately only +3 pounds at the end of the week. I say only as I feared it was going to be worse. I have a good start so far this week.
  • Finally got on the scale this week as I was rushing around the last couple mornings and forgot.  Down to 235lbs, if you can call that down.  That's 1lb over the last two weeks.  My energy's pretty low so probably cutting calories a little bit too much, but I also reset the no caffine (from coke) this Monday as a couple week relapse drinking pop again. 

    It's a good thing I don't like rum or I'd really be in trouble.

    Still hitting the gym but specific EN core exercises have been very limited.

  • yipes did I read right..no caffeine?!?! I can't do that, well I guess I could...just choose not too especially since I work for SBUX and love the product.
