Back down 2 of the 3 pounds I picked up on Spring Break Holiday week. Swam this Am and hope to knock out core work tonight

Apparently in my rush out the door for the pool this morning I did not get on the scale.  I'll try to remember tomorrow but it was Wednesday last week when I finally weighted in.  I'm still hitting the gym, but need to get in some planks and stretch cords more often.
