Forced swim break

Just leaned my gym has closed pool for 10 days of maintenance. I am in week 14 of the HIM plan. Can I fudge it and lift (like in OS) or do I need to find a plan B? DS

    See the stretch cords work I had you doing in the OS. Just keep that up, on your swim days. Much more effective than "lifting". And core work also

  • Use my vasa ergometer.
