  • I was hoping you'd forget. 172.2, have hamstring tear so the ab work is one of the few things I can do. Hips, abs, arms, chest all weekend.
  • Oh no Stephanie!! Hang in there! Look at the positive - core work will help when you can swim/bike/run again!
  • Well I'm down to 233lb.  I think that's one down from last week but don't remember if I actually weighed in.   I can't complain as this is 17lbs off from the start of the OS.  I'm gunning for 230 this week but maybe delusional as it's been slow going the last few weeks. 
  • AWESOME Gordon! 17 pounds - impressive! Way to go.
