pushing back my schedule

Hey coach, I was wondering if I could push back my schedule a couple of weeks?  I was sick the first part of March and was out of town this past week.  I have been doing some training but fell off of the schedule.  Could I just go back 2 or 3 weeks or what?

    Repeat/do whatever weeks of the OS you missed, making sure to do the optional swims on Mon and Fri that are scheduled on the OS plan. Then on 4/13 load up the HIM training plan as directed in your TSR.

    Basically, I want you to do the optional swims in the OS plan, and extend the OS plan, so you can skip that 2wks of the Swim Camp training plan. Let me know if you have any questions. 

  • Great, thanks. I have been swimming once a week for the last few weeks anywhere from 1500 to 2000yrds. So I will just up my frequency a day and continue on. If I feel good by the end of next week should I do one week of the swim camp?

    Yes, if you feel you would benefit from the drills
