Sweat Test
Without me having to click through each week of my plan, can anyone tell me if there is a sweat test built into the HIM or IM beginner plans? I'm a newby and trying to wrap my head around proper race nutrition needs.

The wiki says "....Ride One Hour at race effort (Ironman Athletes = Zone 2 / Steady / 70% FTP; Half Ironman Athletes = Zone 3 / Mod Hard / 80% to 85% FTP).
Please Note: This can be incorporated into a long ride by getting off with an hour left and weighing yourself. Then finishing the last hour at your expected race intensity. Keep track of fluid ounces that you drink during the test.
