Mandy Midgett confused by TSR

Hi Coach Rich-

 I'm looking at my TSR and it says load the Intermediate HIM plan 30 Mar and it ends on 17 May, the day of Knoxville 70.3. However, looking to the side I see IM 09 week plan loaded beginning 4 May and ending 26 Jul with IM Placid. So do I load up the IM plan on 4 May or wait until 17 May?

Mandy, I have the same races and TSR as you. You load the IM plan as scheduled and use it during the last 2 weeks before Knoxville. Then, during race week, you modify the workouts based on the self-coaching guide.
