Sore Quads post Half Mary

Hi Coach P
What is the best way to eliminate the lactic acid in my quads after a half marathon yesterday? I completed San Juan 70.3 two weeks ago. My quads are very sore today. Should I try to get in a recovery ride, swim, or just foam roll today?
Wearing compression and hoping that helps.

    We run in memory of a fellow triathlete who died in a bike crash.
    Our team won largest team and we had fantastic weather (last year we ran on a record rainfall day- most rain in a single day on record).
    We had a great turnout, lots of sun and lots of laughs.
