QTP - PreRun Call for Input
Hi Team, as stated in the Quarterly Team Project Announcement, this week we are asking you for input on what you do pre-run .
E.g. - what you eat pre-run, what type of of warm-up do you do, do you have an drills that you do, do you do things differently if you run on the mill, how do you dress. You can provide input on indoor run (treadmill) or outdoor runs.
