I was confused too, so I decided to watch week 15's video too. In week 15's video Coach P says he jumped the gun in week 14's video on prepping us for race rehearsal, and that really next week (week 15) is the race rehearsal. But if you look at this week, it's no slouch of a weekend.
And if you look at next week's training plan, week 15's "race rehearsal" is structured exactly like camp was structured, and in fact, the training plan calls it camp week.
I might have to switch things up there is no way I can get that kind of time in on bike on week day. This is a long weekend coming switching 14 and 15 wk are an option. Time to ask P ....
