Wednesday Weigh In 4/28

 What?  I finally lose a pound and there's no thread for me to share my joy???    Seriously, the scale finally shows signs of movement and hope is in the air.

  •  Sorry, wanted to get the thread going earlier but life got in the way this morning!!!  I lost 1.2, pretty pumped about this.  Happy to hear that you are finally getting into the red, this weight thing is frustrating, especially since I never see a difference in the mirror.  I'm too vein I guess....

  • @Nemo - Good work.  There's no shame in starting the thread to share the joy.  It's hard for me to beat those on the east up.  That and I'm tired from yesterday's OS workout so I slept in all that I could.

    @Dan - Depending where you are coming from you will see a difference in the mirror, belt clothes.  I don't recommend coming from 250 especially if you are vain.  Keep at it and you will see a difference.

    I am down one more again to 214.  A new all time low for the OS.  Two more weeks to be below 210.

  • Thrown off by not working on Monday, thought today was Tuesday so I hadn't even weighed in this morning.  Try to remember to do it tomorrow or Friday and post the results.  Had some 'miss' days last week though so I probably only held steady rather than lost anything.  Spent almost 2 hours last night doing all the prepping and cooking that I normally do on Sunday for the week, so I'm a bit behind this week.

    Congrats to everyone making progress!

  • Going by feel this week since I am on the road and don't have access to a scale. With only 2 weeks left before my race I am hoping to come out of this week around my goal weight of 165. Started the week at 168, so it is definite possible. Just need to stay away from the bars in Detroit. Keeping my fingers crossed!
