Princeton 70.3 Cancelled

Hi Coach, they cancelled the Princeton 70.3 which was to be my late season " A race"  I have since signed up for Timberman which is about 4 weeks earlier, august 16th.  Can you update my training plan so I am race ready. Thanks!

    Sure thing. Please submit this to me via the Triathlon Season Roadmap link, under Training above, so I have everything I need. I'll get this done for you today.
