HIM to IM long run transition
Noticing my long runs will be quite slow unless I re-test before loading IM on Monday. Today on week 16 of HIm I was z2-3 and hit 13.1 in 1:40. Next week time drops to 90 min with 60 in z1? I guess I am doing well at HIM pace, feeling fit, so the idea of slowing that much seems odd.

If you want, you could do the HIM wk16, 17, 18 long runs rather than the IM long runs. I'm more interested in having people like you move from HIM plan to IM plan for the cycling volume vs the long run volume. So do ^this^ and pick up the IM schedule for real after IMSG.
