Hi Coach P,
I'm entering wk 14 JOS and am ending it with a local oly in TTL
Instead of a 10k or half Mary.
FYI, I did a 5k 2weeks ago, and a10k 4 weeks ago, meeting my time goals
(And podium in both)
My question is, the Saturday wko. Should I do as is and treat the oly as another hard training day (ie, it's not an A race)
or modify to be more rested?
